Most recently, she completed professional certification programs in Jewelry Design and CAD/CAM at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
Li’s practice blends traditional metalsmithing with cutting-edge digital fabrication. Her work spans hand-forged silver and gold pieces, 3D modeling, stone setting, and experimental materials. She is trilingual in English, Chinese, and Korean, and brings a globally minded perspective to her collaborative and cross-disciplinary design approach.
Her designs have been exhibited across the United States, including shows with the Society of North American Goldsmiths (SNAG), Denizen NYCJW Exhibition, Dream Machine 2020, The Enamellist Society, and SUNY New Paltz’s Common Ground Exhibition. In 2020, she also collaborated with SELUX on the design of architectural light columns as part of an industrial design team.
In 2025, Li was selected as a finalist for the prestigious Gianmaria Buccellati Foundation Award for Excellence in Jewelry Design, an international recognition of design vision and craftsmanship. Her work continues to explore the balance between tradition, technology, and personal narrative through the language of jewelry.
